Magnets used: 6×2mm N52, slightly weaker can work, but it may compromise the seal/alignment. It’s recommended that you put the printed pad ring on an already-made one to orient the magnets and not risk dropping them into the headphone.
In terms of printing:
Filament recommendation: The stiffer the better, we use either PPA-CF Core or PET-GF.
Walls: 4+ - depending on warping/lack thereof, you can do more; you want a nearly solid/solid piece.
Infill Density (if not printing solid): 80%, this is mostly to allow some stress distribution.
Bottom surface: Concentric
Top surface: whatever is the smoothest on your printer, we use aligned rectilinear with a thinner line width and speed.
